Property advertised on Expedia and booked based on photos showing a 500sq ft family room with a kitchen area. What I got was not what I booked.
The 1st room I was given was filthy, old and damaged, photos taken and went to reception to show them and said its not habitable, not what I booked online and informed them I wouldn't spend a night in the room. A 2nd room was provided, so I changed rooms. The 2nd room was dirty, the wardrobe was fixed shut so nowhere to hand clothes, no kitchen, just a microwave and fridge. It gets better! No toilet role holder and no blond in the toilet window so using the bathroom and toilet you were viewed by the apartments opposite, passing people and people swimming in the pool opposite. I was tired, spent 1 night then checked out, I complained to the Manager of the hotel, showed him the photos. He offered me a 3rd room, I refused based off thevexperience wuth the previous 2 rooms. I was informed I would not receive a refund for the other 6 nights I had paid for. Be aware that thus is fakse advertising by Expedia and the Neptune Hotel! The Neptune hotel also charge $50 a day cleaning fee! What a joke! I raised this with Expedia which I thought was a reputable company and they offered me $125 refund! If you book a cruise ship and get a fishing boat this is false advertising! If you book a 509sq ft modern looking family suit with a kitchen and get what I got this is false advertising! Also the whole are smells of drugs being smoked!
