First, finding the office is difficult for check in. We got there early and knew there was early check in for a cost. We paid it. They put us in a very small room with broken ac. After a couple hours we asked them to move rooms. They did. I came down for a procedure and asked for a couple extra pillows. They would only give me one. we got two parking tickets from parking at the hotel, there was no clarification on parking to prevent this. We ended up parking under a garage by our room where laundry and golf carts are. Someone at the hotel while we were parked underneath it hit us. They wouldn’t show us camera footage. We had to call the cops. So now it’s a hit run but you can tell on our car that it was a golf carts from the hit and location and nothing else hit on the back of car. Make sure you count every thing you use or they will charge you extra. We videoed everything when we left because of how they treated us with an employee hitting our rental.

They are very understaffed at this hotel. The line is out the door practically when you get to the one check in office they have for all of their hotels. The pools are very small with hardly any chairs available and people blast their music at all hours at the pools. Our room looked bigger and cleaner in the photos online and you hardly get anyone that speaks English on the property. Also they say they have parking but the spots are barely any parking spots and not in a lot basically on the side of the hotel and good luck if you have a truck or a big car because you will not fit in the parking spaces

Second time we’ve stayed in this location but a different section. This was Definetly a nicer one then last time. Only bad part is you have to ask for kitchen ware and all we needed was a fork and really didn’t want to go just for that. Parking is horrible when going to check in and the fact we have to pay but I guess that’s what you get with Miami. Other than that the actual room wasn’t too bad. Didn’t use the shower so not sure on that aspect. I think the AC was broken. We couldn’t change the temp but luckily it was cold enough.

Didnt eat breakfast there and parking was easy.. The bed was comfortable. These are older properties in need of renovation. Didn't have the modern amenities that renovated or new building have.(Usb ports ect.)The online pics didnt represent this property accurately. On the positive side, the location is great. Your literally seconds from the boardwalk and the beach, all the restaurants and shops and a its a short ride into Ft. Lauderdale and all that the city can offer. Over all, we over looked the short comings and appreciated the positives and had a great time. Hated to leave.

First of all,they do not provide the specific hotel you booked.We did not stayed at Oceanside Boutique Hotel.Upon arrival,they gave us poor-quality room. After we refused to stay there,they moved us a better room.Room was spacious and located close to the beach. However ,despite staying for 5 days and requested cleaning,our room was never cleaned,they only replaced the towers one time. The breakfast was poor but the worse part was the staff.The staff member was extremely rude and even physically touched me to block me from entering the room for a napkin.

The check in process was terrible, 2 hours standing in line to check in and then it took over 15 minutes to go through the process. I found it unique that I asked for a room with a small kitchen, which I got with NO kitchen supplies! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and closeness to the beach great. Value for the dollar is questionable.

Horrible place. Only good thing about it is the location is close to the beach, boardwalk, food and shopping. Employees are extremely rude, unhelpful and even willing to listen to you and your concerns to see if they can help in anyway. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! They tried to charge me for two nights when I was only staying one. Also they charge a deposit when you arrive and check in on top of reservations already being made and paid for.

If you want to location right on the beach and don’t care about the accommodation, then this is your jam. It was in great need of a refurbishment. There was mould in the corners of the shower. Everything was really dated. One side of the bed was sunk in. Cracks all over the tile on the floor. Everything in the KitchenAid it was really dated. We’ll never stay here again.

If you ever wanted to experience staying in a dump, this is your chance. It would hardly be an upgrade for the homeless. Customer service was deplorable , the bed had a massive depression in it, and the room had a consistent stench. The location is great, despite the presence of this dive in the neighbourhood.

Nasty office. Host ate the whole time I was checking in. Smoking table outside my room. A/C sounds like a roaring truck. Sticky floors. Used shampoo in bathroom. When you arrive add on $39 parking fee. A/C unit put in door next to bed.

The room was cute and clean! Very pleased with the room and location. One thing to note here are the reservation deck is a block from the room. Also, there wasn't a cup or glass provided in the unit. I had a yeti travel mug so I was ok, but a couple plastic cups would be the only improvement I would suggest. Love the unit and would stay again! :)

They accommodated me with a last minute reservation in which I was very thankful. When I first walked into the room the smell of bleach literally slaps in you the nose for HOURS, the beds were FILTHY, and let’s not forgot the star of the show BED BUGS. I was bitten by bed bugs(diagnosed by urgent care)and they had the nerve to say “how do you know it came from us”! I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager but no luck! Thank goodness for the Florida health department in assisting me in making a case!!
