"The rooms are always on the second floor never given an option for the first floor. Also, this last room at the Palms was a connect room with a couple that was very loud so it was not enjoyable on the price with sky high."

"Great place, right on the beach. The best part is that you can stay late by the pool as long as you behave and follow the rules. The staff is really nice, and they have a BBQ area. They also cleaned the BBQ every day. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s pretty decent for the price and the location."

"The property was fine. It's an older motel, but it's clean l. They have done a few upgrades in the bathrooms. It was a little difficult to find my room, but I did finally find it.The property is over multiple blocks.They have probably bought up multiple older motels over the years and run them as one unit. But overall, it wasn't a bad experience at all."

The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. "The location of the property was OK because it’s near the beach but as far as the customer service, I’ve stayed there over 15 times and twice I had an issue with one of the employees which I rather not see his name. He was very rude. I’ve only dealt with them twice and each time he was very rude. I advised him that I will report to the manager. He said he already spoke to his manager about me mind you I only seen this guy twice in my life. The first time he threatened to call the police on me...
