Total misrepresentation of the property. The picture in the listing is not of that property. False advertising at best. There's no second bed availability, because the sleeping sofa is not suitable for sleeping at all. Even if it was, there was no second set of bedding available. Floors were dirty, there was not even one hook or bar to hang a towel in the bathroom. Communication with the management is non-existant. Nobody answers nor returns calls. For any issuesor questions that could be settled in 5 min coversation, takes 3 days of useless messaging through virtal assistent. I will never ever use that company for any hotel's needs in the future.

I will start off with checking in. There is no where to check in physically it’s all done on the Expedia website which doesn’t indicate. When I tried to locate the check-in information after I checked in on that, I was unable to get into my room because I couldn’t get the code to enter the room 40 minutes upon arrival and check-in is when I finally got the code online upon entering the room. The door knobs are extremely unstable as well as the door. Jam looks like it was previously damaged and were broken into upon entering the room. I attempted to close the front door. The front door needed to be slammed in order to close the door as well as lock it when viewing the room the floors were dirty, mostly by the couches and underneath the couches, the pots and pans had scratches and old food crumbs on them, so I was unable to use them or cook to use the kitchen. The refrigerator freezer door was dented and the walls needed to be painted. There were multiple stains scratches and marks on the walls throughout the room. The room also smelled damp like a mildew smell the main bedroom door was unable to close as well. It looks like as well as the door. Jam was previously damaged going into the main bathroom. The issue was the shower door in order to get into the shower. There was a swinging door. I think it should’ve been a sliding glass door when trying to open the door toward you it hits the toilet so you have to open the shower door inside of the bathtub. Money poorly spent.

This is not a comfortable property. Furniture was uncomfortable with no real places to sit, eat or work at. Pool was small, dirty and with no jacuzzi. Property is actually over a mile away from Las Olas and is not in a great area. It’s obvious that this little 300 SF unit was remodeled to be a VRBO, but it lacks appeal. The owners do communicate well and are helpful.

This place was not at all as advertised online. Honestly for the price point you’re better off spending an extra few dollars and staying at an actual hotel instead of this place. Got there and the doors wouldn’t lock and windows were all open. Inside it was dirty and less than ideal.
In person it’s completely unrecognizable from what they showed online. Just stay elsewhere unless you’re going to sit in the parking lot and do crack with the rest of the people there.
The property manager was also very rude over the phone and the only good thing I have to say is that Guillermo, the person who came to help open the door for us when we got locked out of the room was very kind and helpful.

We came and stayed for a couple of days… we paid a descent amount for our stay and the rooms details did not look as nice as they were in person .. there were baby roaches all over the apartment and the air system was terrible. The floors were so dirty that my feet were black after just an hour of being there.

The property and the room were absolutely not as advertised. It was a -2 star motel rather than what we assumed was a nice condominium property. There was a terrible smell of pesticide and possible cleaning agent which we could not live with as our lungs were hurting us from breathing this. We had to sleep all night long with the air conditioning fan on with all the windows open to ventilate the place. The floors were absolutely filthy. The bed squeaked with noisy springs, as if it would fall through each time we moved on the bed. The wall walls and the repairs to the drywall from previous water leaks were very shotty. The bathroom sink barely drained as it was plugged with hair. The couch in a very small entrance area was old with what looked like to be shredded cat claw marks on the front. We had tried several times to phone and contact Expedia and all we received ways a reply the matter would be looked into. We had informed Expedia that we only stayed in the property until 8 o’clock the first morning and we had it booked for two days because we could not stay in the room any longer. We checked out and asked for a full refund due to the very bad experience with no refund and no report of Expedia’s involvement

La habitación estaba sucia, muchas cucarachas, el sofá cama no tenía cubrecama - le escribí al manager para preguntar y nunca me respondió. Las fotos que pone de referencia no le hacen mérito al lugar. Las paredes mal pintadas, toma corrientes rotos, etc.

My room was not confirmed even when I made a booking and paid full price 2 days before arriving. I had to call their customer service phone already after 4pm to be able to check-in and confirm my lock code as it was never communicated to me before. I called them at least 10 times as the line was always busy and they transfer calls to the voicemail, but they never call back when you leave the message.
Then they want to charge a comparatively big damage deposit, which they claim to be released only in 7-10 business days after check-out. This is a nonsense as they take your money in a second, but return in 10 business days. Btw, the whole set of furniture inside cost less than the deposit they take.
After check-out I sent 3 emails and called 3 days in a raw to their so called customer support phone to confirm my deposit release, but nobody even picked-up or called back or answered to my e-mails. They also never answer even to direct messages to the host via Expedia chat.
This is the worst communication experience you can get. Just imaging yourself arriving to your fully paid room and not being able to enter it because they don't answer your phone calls.
