The rooms are not very clean. To replace the towels, guests need to bring them downstairs to exchange for clean ones. The phones in the rooms do not work. It takes a long time for the elevators to arrive.

Very bad experience for a 4-star hotel. The price is reasonably cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for. Nearby hotels may cost a little more, but it’s worth checking their reviews to compare the quality. This hotel clearly needs a complete management change—right now, it feels like the attitude is “you get what you paid for, so just accept it.

Clean room but staff was meeting customer service bare minimum. Check in (3/26) starting with cussing because he couldn’t find the pen at the front desk, not describing where the elevators are (had guy in cafe help find those) and when I asked where to find the WiFi via messenger on Expedia, I was replied to After I checked out. I tried to call front desk, if they don’t answer go ahead and try to leave a message… their platform is full and takes no new messages and then hangs up on you. Messy and unprofessional, Do better.

It was visable staring over a building and more the city. I paid extra for ocean front and that was the furthest from oceanfront. Considering we’ve stayed before and had ocean front. Very very disappointed. I was placed in a 2 bedroom room when I only booked a 1 bedroom. The whole stay from the start ruined it for me. The room was slightly dirty. Curtains and the one throw pillow. Don’t ask. Barely any utensils. No pizza cutter, scissors or even a pan for the oven. Our floor had a hard wired smoke detector that went off in the hallway for over 24 hours. Unfortunately this will be our last stay after 4 years.

Be warned! I booked this property through Expedia and when I got there, they informed me there was a change in Management, and I had to repay for my stay. They told me I had to contact Expedia to get a refund. I want to make a clear Expedia did a great job responding and trying to contact the hotel and in the end Expedia gave me my refund very promptly, but it’s really frustrating to arrive at a hotel you already prepaid and to be told you have to pay again and then deal with this and spend a hours on the phone while you’re on vacation trying to figure all this out The location of the property is amazing. On beach. Beautiful area. Very close to Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, Aventura Mall. Lobby and pool area very modern and nice. Room was in terrible condition. The whole floor around the room was lifting, looks like repeated water damage. Not clean. Found dirty rags behind furniture. The kitchen items that did come with the kitchen were dirty.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare, and the staff were completely incompetent. They couldn’t find my reservation and I had to show my confirmation multiple times. I waited over 90 minutes just to check in. The wristbands never worked properly, and I constantly had to go back to get them rescanned. For the price I paid, this experience was unacceptable. I completely overpaid for what I received. This hotel is a total waste of money and will ruin your trip. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

we stayed at the Lyfe hotel from Tuesday the February 17th untill today the 20th. > We called multiple times the service desk beacaise out air conditioner wasn’t working in hotel. Also the bathroom and the bedroom door don’t lock. > Two people came to look at the air conditioner but couldn’t fix it they told me to talk to management when I checked out. It was close to 80 degrees in the room we couldn’t sleep because it was to hot. Also the rooms didn’t lock which wasn’t private as we had other people with us.

Beautiful place to stay - rooftop pool was awesome with beautiful views and great brunch and lunch options. Room was spacious with 2 bedrooms , 2 baths and a full kitchen. Convenient location with some really good restaurants in the area.

Room was spacious and views very nice. Room looked like it needs some updates and remodeling. Showers loom old and kitchen seemed unfinished. There was NO hot water for a couple of days and elevators were a true nightmare. To go down took on average 10 min wait and on our last day we waited well over 35 Min of an elevator. People we going down the stairs and there was actually traffic on the stairs.

Overall, the view from the room wasn't great. I booked a two-night stay in a room with a sea view, but the front desk gave us a room on the third floor. I asked if we could have a higher floor, but they said they didn't have any. So, when I entered the room, I could only see half of the sea view, which wasn't a very good experience. Also, the front desk staff didn't speak much English. My husband is American, and he said their English wasn't good, making communication difficult.

Room was completely neglected. Nothing good to say about this place. Elevator issues, maintenance issues service issues resort fees and beach issues

Excellent experience during our stay, the room was spacious and big enough for the family not to stumble over each other constantly. The view from the balcony was postcard worthy! The breeze from the ocean felt great at night, the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. You will definitely need to plan your elevator trips because the wait can be long at times (depending on the time of day) The restaurants were all fantastic, the pool on the 9th floor was relaxing. We had no issue with valet coming in or out. Will definitely book for next year, hopefully the same room and view!

I was missing a few kitchen items, but my disappointment definitely came from the dirty stained couch that had a smell to it. When I call the front desk, they sent someone up to put a sheet over the couch to cover the dirtiness of it however, when my family members came not only could not fit two people, but they ended up having to spend hundreds of dollars finding somewhere else to stay when I was counting on the advertisement of six people being able to stay in that suite. My family was not prepared to spend that type of money and it made my birthday not the way I expected it to be at all.
Clearly not La age enough for 2 people as the couch doesn’t pull out, it only spreads apart. The smell was very potent even when they threw a sheet over it to cover the stains, which looked very tacky.
