Only good thing about this hotel is the staff. This hotel has no elevators or restaurants and does not specify this on their website. As well they show pictures of food which is misleading as it has you believing there is a restaurant. The hotel is old and not very clean.

I can’t even begin to say what went wrong. A more appropriate answer would be what went well. It is worse than a 1 Star motel.Nothing much in the room apart from the basic. They don’t even have something as basic as a phone , paper or pen in the room . Never mind water bottles.Very poorly lit.Just 2 40 watts side lamps. Cleaning consists of changing beddings & towels.All of 3 whole minutes.One day we had just the bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths.The next day after answer for clean towels around 4:30 , the cleaning lady brought them but forgot to make the bed.Had to call her back. Room cleaning is done between 4:30- 5 pm. The towels are worn out, even had a torn hand towels.No receptionist to be found in the office. Have to always call for one through the intercom. Once we borrowed a sheet of paper & a pen. When we heading out of the office the young girl asked for the pen back stating that’s the only one she has.I wish I had a list 1 positive thing to say about this hotel but sadly.

Hot shower, warm pool, and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Also a bar on site that opens at 4 and a 2 minute walk to a couple of eating places! Would stay at again for sure!

Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything. The room I stayed in had visible cracks in the ceiling, and the patchwork was very poorly done. This is the first time my kids have ever wanted to leave a hotel early. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The property is advertised as a spa, but when I tried to book a massage, nothing was available. Guests are told to text if they need anything. I requested bath soap and didn’t receive a response until over an hour later—by that time, I was already asleep. I woke up hearing what sounded like running water and thought there was a flood. When I got up to check, I realized it was water coming from a neighboring room because someone was showering. I even took a video of the water. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to families.

The hot water at this property was completely out during my stay. I was informed of this by the property and told I could move to a different location, but the alternative offered was not comparable to the room I had booked, so I declined. This occurred around 3:00 PM on a Saturday. I was then told that because it was already 3:00 PM and I had “used the amenities for the day,” I would not be refunded for that day. As someone on a three-week trip staying here for five days, this forced me to pack all of my luggage and immediately secure another hotel. Management suggested that I could remain at this property and walk to another location to shower, which is completely unacceptable. Loss of hot water is a fundamental service failure, and attempting to shift the burden onto the guest is not reasonable. The staff were dismissive, inflexible, and hid behind “policy” rather than taking responsibility for a basic utility failure. The handling of this situation was poor from start to finish. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this property.

For a “resort&spa” this is super lacking. I asked for fresh towels three days in a row and was told they dont have any and to come back the next day. Any time i asked for something, they just told me to walk to CVS and buy it there (its a 17 min walk to cvs) The rooms were never cleaned with no fresh towels, they just made the bed and rehung the same towels. No extra toiletries given. The gym is closed indefinitely. Turns out this same resort own a few other ones and a few restaurants where you get a discount but no one told us so we paid $50 for 2 croissants and a coffee. Overall, the only good thing about this place was the location and the fact that i didnt see a single cockroach or bedbug in the place. Otherwise its an extremely overpriced motel.

This hotel is old and run down. The room was dirty. There was no hot water in the shower. The plug was missing from the tub. When we filled the tub, the water was yellow. The kitchen smoke detector was missing. There is no safety lock on the door. The walls are thin. We had to wait 6 hours for both bath and beach towels. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. They later brought us a bag of sheets only. It is hard to get ahold of someone at the front desk. The pool is ridiculously deep. The location is good, but that is it.

The hotel was in a very safe and quiet area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was excellent in solving any issues.

Nice rooms during the stay. The main reason I selected this place was the gym and it's proximity to the main bike lane off the beach. The gym on this site "flooded" which I wasn't told until the next day. They gave me the code tk walk about 4 blocks over to another site with a gym. Of course the door had issues opening/beeping audibly for us to here when trying to enter. The manager saw me and he even had a hard time getting the door open. Before the manager came and helped me get in, I called 5 times and got 5 different people after being on hold all of which the calls dropped. The manager who just by chance found me and helped said they use cwll phones time to wifi around their resort which leads to calls dropping. It's like they know of issues here but choose to DO NOTHING. Then their gym was very mediocre, dirty, with raggedy equipment. The mirror was broken with glass on the floor and cones and caution tape in front of it. The next day me and 3 other people all tried to enter with the code unsuccessfully and just walked away. So it was a waste of money to pay for a gym and be unable to access it othe than the day the manager helped. And now that I remember the door to the room also stopped locking. I had to dial the number because NOBODY IS EVER AT THE OFFICE! They came quickly and had to change the batteries, but after we tested it with my key before I drove to something I had scheduled it didn't work. They stayed and fixed it, but overall I won't pick this place nor r
