Took over hour to check in, two different day/times asked for pool towels they didn’t have any available. Sink basically falling off wall, stained carpet everywhere, nothing was plugged in, water was yellow, mold on ceiling. Dead cockroach on stairs., tub was so nasty rust mold stain we didn’t even want to shower. Cobwebs just so run down. So discusting

The whole building is outdated, run down and very smelly. Location was really prime but rooms were unkept, absolutely no maintenance with mould and mildew everywhere and staff was not super friendly. Restaurant and bar was advertised but there is neither. The pool does not get any sun which is no fault of the hotel but still disappointing

We checked in at 3pm only to check out by 7pm. The room they gave us was absolutely dirty and smelly. The bed sheets are full of stains and smelly. There are traces of vomit on the carpet and smear of feces on the wall. The room is no smoking. There’s a stench of mixture of smoke and weed. There’s a lot of molds on the ceiling and walls. It was hard to breathe inside. I tried to talk out my family to stay but they had to leave and walk around outside. I stayed behind because i was so tired and had to get some sleep. I laid on the bed fully clothed as don’t want to get anything in contact with my skin from the sheet. The family returned and we couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave. I understand the building is old compare to the other buildings around, but this building has not been well maintained and just neglected it. The front desk staffs are not happy working there as they seemed to be always agitated. The door card keys did not work the first time we got to the room and I had to get one the cleaning lady to open the door for us. A lot of guests had the same problem too with the card key. I think the keys doesn’t work because the lock that you swipe with the card are so rundown and rusted, and there’s a thick accumulation of dust all over the door lock. I think the business model they’re trying to run is to keep the operation cost very low but attract a lot of guests due to very low price they offer for the rooms and they don’t expect guests to return.

Please , I am so disappointed with this hotel everything is dirty the rooms,the sheet, and there is absolutely no WiFi. This was the worst vacation ever. I was at the front desk and all the workers were so rude to my daughter and I.

The rooms were very dirty and moldy. The wifi was non existent. there was no microwave. the only good thing was the beach was across the road. would never stay there again.

Muy mala limpieza, las cortinas del baño, todo sucia, las lámparas no tenían dónde conectar la corriente terrible y para limpiar la habitación. Tienes que pagar $11 al día para que te limpien la habitación terrible. Lo único que se envía ahí era el agua la presión del agua de la ducha.

Beware!!! This hotel is not suitable for living at ALL! Ancient, outdated rooms without power outlets, literally no place to even plug your phone. Rooms havent been repaired or renovated for centuries. Bathroom is a separate horrifying story. Cockroaches, dirt, rust and totally disguisting shower, that we could not even use. Place needs to be shutdown and forced to be renovated. Do not stay there!!!

Property needs good refreshement. Full renovation! Everything is old, has a bit of that funky smell too. Luckily, NO bed bugs. But location is amazing. And price. I stayed only 2 nights, so it was ok for short term, but I would book vacation stay here. Parking is good and included. Staff was really nice

Room was in awful disrepair, broken lamps, the bulb holder was dislodged and we were concerned for fire safety. Lamp shades were cracked. . Drain in tub was clogged, and the coffee maker didnt work. The place was dirty in the main public areas. . Every thing was old and in desperate need of updating. The location though, was perfect.

When I got to the room the shower was running, somebody else’s hair inside of it and somebody else’s feces were in the toilet. When I called down to the front desk to make them aware. They told me that their water is yellow there the room was not claimed there was bedbugs in the room and it was absolutely disgusting. I did not get a blink of sleep and neither did my kids. We were supposed to stay two nights we were gone the next morning by 10 AM. And that was after suffering to stay in the room until the next morning. It was honestly one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever rested. I would not recommend anybody to come here. The woman at the front desk told me that me and my kids could leave and go be in the street if we didn’t wanna be there and that they could not clean the room or put us in a different room. What a terrible experience please for your own good do not rent here.
