The place was cute and conveniently located. We liked that we could walk to the beach and some restaurants. We had a unit right by the pool. The patio and garden area in front of our room was nicely landscaped with tropical plants. On the less positive side, the shower had not been cleaned when we got there and was kind of gross, but management was responsive when we called and sent someoene to clean it promptly.

Toweless stay.

8 days and only one change of new towels. No bed sheets were changed. No extra garbage bags, no schedule for getting any linens changed. Extra 25 dollar charge on a bunchnof weird rules. The view,pool and price were decent. Pretty quiet stay. We usef the grill but we were not aloud to set a towel on top of the unused grill nextbto us, to dry out the towel. The owner told us to move it. It had a grill cover on it and no other people were around wanting to grill. Why was the towel hurting her so much being on it? Prob. gonna get charged extra for that... Procing was tolerable.

The View From Here!

This is SOFLO’s best kept secret for a traveler or a local in need of a staycation! The room was perfectly appointed with visual style, roomy layout, extra items such as coffee and real mugs, complimentary water, and even little chocolates on the bedside tables. Super welcoming! The view was incredible. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and the boats passing by! A 10 out of 10!

Beautiful scenery, We enjoyed watching the boats go by. Very clean. Also when I needed a hairdryer the property manager made sure one was delivered to the room. It was a wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend Seacrest Villa’s.

Little things missing like tissues, just one mirror over bathroom sink, had to call to get wifi info. Electricity went out in compmex and there was no one to call. Tried "urgent issue" extension and got no one! Left a message and never got a response.

The property was right on the inlet so you could watch the boats come in and out each day. It was quiet but close to the ocean and restaurants. The only drawback was it had a coffeemaker but no mugs to have a cup of coffee so you need to bring your own. Also no cable on the tv could not get local programming. The rest was great.

Good but missing some things

It was an awesome property. We enjoyed the view of the water way and there were some nice lounges to sit on. The tall chairs and table need to be replaced because they are pretty rusty. The lounges were plenty and comfortable. We had an issue with the door not being locked when we got there but they responded quickly to the issue. The pool appeared to be locked and it required some strength to open it so I thought it was locked and didn't use it. It was my fault for not contacting them earlier. Just know the pool is available without needing a key. There were no dishtowels so we used bathroom towels. Not enough towels for a 4 night stay but we managed. No salt or or dishwasher soap that I could find. They supplied some lovely snacks and some water bottles in the fridge. It has plenty of stuff to use at the beach who's is very nice. Again it is a beautiful property and I would stay again there is just some stuff that could make it even better.

The stay was great and the owners were very responsive fast. Communication was easy and our room was clean and was very welcoming. The view we had was stunning. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in the area.

Had last available room (interior first floor unit) for a one-week stay while visiting family. Good communication from manager before check-in; I didn't meet any staff during my stay (key code provided by text). Area is very convenient, close to beach & amenities. Parking assigned per room, but spaces are VERY narrow. Had rented standard-sized SUV; very challenging fit in the space, with daily checks to ensure no adjacent cars had dinged or scratched my vehicle. Room looked clean and presentable on arrival, but sofa had lots of pet hair all over. A few bags of pretzels & six bottles of water in the fridge. Convenient kitchenette. Small walk-in closet. Very good shower pressure. Morning after check-in I awoke to noise from above- construction/ repairs/nails falling. Happened each morning / afternoon of stay. Room was advertised as pool view, so no sight of Intracoastal waterway, but the property is directly on it. Kept window blinds mostly shut, as room is directly visible on common path to other rooms; people walking by throughout the day. Four days into stay, torrential rainstorm caused two feet of flooding in parking lot. Car next to mine appeared in danger of water damage. Awful odor of sewage/animal smell in room for three days after, possibly from drainage issue. Made sleeping / relaxing difficult. Might consider future rental in one of water view rooms, but not that same room again due to terrible odor susceptibility during rains.
