We have stayed here 4 times before. Check-in is often disorganized with giving you wrong room, wrong code, etc. Yesterday was even worse. No staff member on site, they attempt to do everything online, After 3 calls to their after hours number, The had technical problems that left us in the rain with no way to open the room we had already paid for. Technology is great when it works, however have a back up plan to physically open a door.

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and was equipped with many towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. The staff were very responsive and answered right away when I messaged with questions.

The quality of the apartment was very good, clean, modern, fully fitted with all amenities in the kitchen, all sheets, blankets, pillows, towels provided even washing up liquid, kitchen towels in the kitchen and all handwash, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, toilet roll in bathroom. Would definitely come back again. Nicely located not far from the beach and shopping area

I have stayed on this property twice before. The unit I got the bathroom was sturdy. The pool was dirty in the water was slimy with lots of bugs. There were people smoking weed in the pool area in all around the property. They will allow music up to 4:30 in the morning. Very disappointing specially when you know that the staff it’s not going to do anything about it.

The pictures are not accurate. What i thought I rented was not close to the pictures. There was work being done to the property too many people around.

I booked a three night stay at the hotel it says check in is at 4pm I didn’t receive my check in instructions until almost 5pm. By the time I was able to check in I dropped off my luggage and it was time to take my son to practice upon returning the shower was full of termites and they were all on the bed it took about 30 minutes to reach someone then someone was sent out who do not speak English and was told to spray bug spray I ask to have my room switched a lady over the phone told me I couldn’t switch rooms until the next day I refused to wait so had to wait about 3 hours for another room and wasn’t even offered late check out terrible service I will never rent from them again

For such a low price this place is really nice. There was a few things that I can be picky and complain about but it wasn't really anything that mattered like the paint was peeling in the shower you can tell they use the wrong paint when they did the remodel. I couldn't take a bath because the drain plug was missing and they didn't have one to replace with. But these are really small minimal things that I don't think should have any bearing on somebody's review. All in all I had a really great time here while I was there they were doing a lot of remodeling fixing the place up to be nicer which some people could think impact their stay but to me I really appreciate the fact that they're putting all of the time and energy to make the place even better this also has no bearing on my review . the only negative thing that I can really say that might put a little bit of a bearing on my cleanliness review is the floor looked clean. And the place itself was definitely cleaned there wasn't dust anywhere but my feet definitely were black from walking on the floor long enough barefoot so they're probably wasn't a lot of mopping done when they cleaned up the room I would have done it myself but there wasn't an accessible mop I ended up just wearing socks so I just didn't care. If you're looking for a decent place that has a lot of space on a budget or just can't afford anything fancy this was a really good place to go

Property was under construction, it was hard to get into. The electronic lock did not work and the lock box worked but not properly. The area was a little sketchy, I could smell weed first thing in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon. But I would stay there again.

Lots of mold

Floors were filthy; within minutes of our stay my toddlers feet were black! The mattress on our bed was thin and uncomfortable (felt all the springs. My toddler began coughing throughout the night and I woke up with a sore throat, turns out the a/c was filled with mold. Our host sent someone to clean it, but it was still present afterwards. I noticed the shower was filled with mold as well. The unit wasn’t well taken care of and whoever they hire to clean doesn’t do a good job.

The area was okay, the apprtment could of been cleaned better very poor standard had to buy cleaning item ans clean the floors, There was alot of noise from above the bedroom in the solo apartment above, the pool was dirty around rhe sides it was very greasy

Everything was fine, but I wished the bed sheets and blankets were more cleaned. Just leaviing this comment because I know its not a big deal and it can be fixed for your future clients.
