"Property was nice but check in time was 4 pm and we didn’t get a room till close to 7 and it was a different room then we booked just to get us in which we kinda appreciated but would have rather had our original room we booked. We will go back, property was conveniently close to what we were doing"

"The property was easy to find. Staff gave good instructions on how to find our room. Rooms look much nicer online, unfortunately. Our suite was dirty- old dirt on the white doors. I wiped it with a disinfectant wipe and took seconds to clean, so I know nothing is getting wiped down. The shower had sand on the floor. The toilet had old urine on the seat. There was a sanitary pad sticker from a bathing suite stuck to the entry door. It was just all wrong. Luckily, we only needed the space to sleep and change clothes throughout our stay. Thank goodness I brought disinfectant wipes. I ended up cleaning the suite to make it tolerable and more comfortable to use. We were hoping to use the pool but didn’t. I was uncomfortable and unsure of it after experiencing the uncleanliness in our room. "

"Great Location, Nice Staff, I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay extra to use certain amenities like the beach chairs to sit and lay on the sand. (Other resorts I been to didn’t have those extra fees) . The service was great but the food didn’t taste that well.. I had the 1 bdrm king suite on the 3rd floor and the room was great with a small kitchen was was fine.. The only thing I didn’t like was the view for an (oceanfront) stay.. My view was literally facing the roof and ac vents and rust of the roof.. Only a small part of the balcony faced the beach."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this property seven years ago. However, I must express my disappointment with the poor condition of the room. It was in a state of disarray, and I had to request a thorough cleaning. The overall aesthetic of the property has also deteriorated significantly since my last visit. It appears to have lost its charm and appeal."
