"Expedia booked on my behalf 4 intestate Cerviola x dble bedroom with city view. I got there no rooms available and after a lot of arguing they sent me to a boutique belonging to them. Was not up to scratch actually not even anywhere there. I did not feel safe, hearing people screaming and shouting. So at 4.30am went back to Cerviola where I sat on an armchair till 7am x I went out as I did not go on holiday, but for a funeral. Got back at 3 and I was told I have a room. Not city view but...

"Great accomodation in a brilliant location, near to the harbour and numerous good restaurants but still very quiet & restful inside the apartment. The manager Angie was very friendly & helpful, even met us with the key after a late flight. Apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed."

"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"We absolutely loved the property! It was a quick ride on the ferry to Valetta or even a bus ride. Maureen runs a tight ship and now that we are home we miss our darling Breakfast man! He makes a mean omelet! Be aware there are lots of stairs but it is worth every step!"

"No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay."

"The owners welcome you like family. They’re very thoughtful and detailed oriented. The property is right smack in the middle of everything, which is very convenient. Although it’s in the midst of bars and restaurants, we don’t hear anything from outside. I had good sleep every night. The room was quiet and cool. The bed very comfortable. I have nothing but compliments for this boutique hotel. Will definitely stay again."

"First of all I did enjoy my stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything. One note is that it is located on a pedestrian street so the cab has to drop you off about 2 blocks away. The street is cobblestone. The air worked great but the refrigerator wasn’t working and the blow dryer is not strong enough Rooms are a little small but clean. I did enjoy my stay though"

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "
