"Really enjoyed this property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Bicycle rental on property was convenient too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 1852 Grill Room was amazing and what a view! I will definitely look to stay here again! The ferry drop of our luggage directly to the hotel was an extra perk. "

"Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again."

The rooms were in a horrible state with stains on the floors, carpets, etc. The bathrooms, plaster, and fixtures were rusted and falling apart. We booked a “superior room” which means nothing like the photos. We were told it’s just a standard queen with a water view balcony. "For the price, it was great. I'd stay again. The kids had fun and the beds are comfortable. Cons for me: I was put in a room on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. Also, the waterpark is crowded because it's shared with multiple locations."
