"Very nice and clean room. Got the king suite with a lakeview and view of town and absolutely loved it. Had a nice balcony to sit on as well. Bed was very comfortable and room had to rooms to it. Very comfortable place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was your typical hotel fare. Room was very small with very small bathroom with view of power cables and I spent 1100 dollars for two nights (Wed/Thur) during a typical week (no special events). Best to wait and book closer to when you go. Others staying there got much larger rooms with the lake view and paid about half to two/thirds of what I did, but they booked a week ahead. Considering staying in Mackinaw City next time and going over each day. Much cheaper with nicer...

"Super charming hotel! The room was straight out of the era in which the hotel was built yet with a modern bathroom. Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of it all. Ample bicycle parking near by. Hot tub was a nice distraction on a day we weren't sure what to do. Also the porch chairs were a perfect spot to people watch. Be sure to grab your breakfast donut in the morning on your way out to enjoy the island- it's very good! (The photo is the view from our room)"

"This is our second year staying here and it was better this time than last time. Everyone is kind, it's close to what you need, we can ride our bike to the ferry and we watch fireworks from our balcony. No complaints."

"The breakfast was very good, the flowers and foliage were immaculate and beautiful. The sliding glass door glass has lost its seal and got fog in between the glass making it foggy. The sink faucet was coming apart and hard to turn on. The view from outside on the deck was pretty."

"The hotel is nice but is a little different! The layout is confusing but I would totally stay again. The 2 bedroom suite was worth it! The pool was clean and big also. We used the little arcade and that was fun but some things weren’t working the best. All in all we would stay again price wise, convince of two bedrooms when you have kids and location!"
