"Bicycle Street Inn is well located relative to getting on and off the ferry. However, it is also right in the middle of the most congested spot on Main Street because of the ferry arrivals and departures as well as two of the largest bicycle rental shops all across the street in the space of 100 yards from the main entrance to the Inn. Some may like that hustle and bustle but if you are looking for a quiet hotel environment ... you may want to look elsewhere."

"We really appreciated having our bags taken there. They allowed us to use their bathroom to change before our lunch at the Grand Hotel. They also let us know our room was available early. The porter at the ferry was very friendly and helpful, but the woman working the front desk when we arrived was rude."

"Great water facing locatiom close to the docks, main Street shops and restaurants. Facility also has a couple to fire pits and lounge chair seating in front of the property. They also have a bike rental right outside the property."

"We loved our stay at Pine Cottage!! The owner checked us in and was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and perfect for me and my girlfrend!! They even held our bags for us after we checked out as we explored the island before heading out! Overall, we loved our stay and are happy with everything!"

"My family loved our stay at Stonecliff! The entire vibe about the place is just magical. Alll the tiny details are perfect. It was a very special splurge for us, but it was the highlight of our trip. It's a nice escape to the countryside. We very much enjoyed the family atmosphere they cultivate with the beautiful outdoor areas and activities."

"The rooms were a bit away from downtown. However for the price it was totally worth it. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was actually nice to be out of town. At the end of the night we juat took a quite taxi ride back to the room. We will stay again!"

"Brandon was exceptional, helpful and friendly. Gave lots of ideas of places to go in the area and even stops to make in the way home. The rooms, however, need updating. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, Brandon cleaned out the ac unit so it was colder and the lamps could be changed out to have usb plugs on them."

"I didn't know what to expect coming into Sunrise Beach Motel since I had read both very positive reviews as well as some pretty scathing ones. But my experience was excellent. We were given a nicely rehabbed 2nd story room overlooking Lake Huron with beautiful views of the bridge and surrounding islands. Our room had the pinewood paneling on the walls and new LVP flooring. "It was a beautiful, huge room with big fluffy towels and the jacuzzi was very nice. The jacuzzi had some rust in the lines, so when I ran the jets, it made some yucky orange bubbles, but I just wiped the sides, emptied it, and refilled it. That was all it needed. I highly recommend! I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice too."

"This is truly a hidden gem! I cannot say enough I much I enjoyed my stay! The room was a very nice size, clean, and safe. The hotel sits right on the beach, plenty of wandering space. Perfect sunsets and plenty of fire pits! 😊 AND the staff- 100% the most wonderful I have ever encountered. I just can’t get over how great my stay was. Will definitely be returning."

"I’m real easy going, simple, and easy to please, but my stay here was less then subpar.. so much so I actually feel inclined to leave a review. Staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their job. We were traveling with toddlers and with a late arrival at 11PM just wanted to watch some TV in the room and take a warm bath after a whole day of traveling. Neither amenities worked. Went to watch a movie on our phone and the wifi was also useless. When I confronted the front...

"Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district."
