"Atmosphere"

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."

"Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside."

"The rooms were nice however there was issue with the plumbing on the floor we stayed on. The drain was clogged which caused the drain to back up while taking a shower,unsanitary to say the least. The room was pretty decent, but could have used some dusting and more care in the cleaning department. I will say the Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel did take some money off the stay due to the plumbing issue. The view was decent."

"We were here for a night and everything was great. Liked that the parking garage was attached to the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, shout out to Tyrone in the restaurant who gave exceptional service. The pool belongs to the gym, which is also attached and my son enjoyed swimming there. It’s a close walk to Inner Harbor and there is a Starbucks attached to it which was perfect. Definitely recommend!"

"We do not recommend this hotel. The overall vibe is creepy meets dated meets dirty. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were given a new, larger room. But the bathroom in the second room had a terrible mildew smell. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the furniture and bedding is extremely low quality/uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was not edible. The server was nice, but seemed apologetic about the quality of the food."

"This is a excellent place to stay. It was cleaned and pretty spacious. Amenities were excellent and walking distance to many places in downtown. Breakfast area was great."

"It needs to be imploded. There doesn't look as though there have been any updates in about 20 years. The in-house restaurant is a gathering place for degenerate Sports gamblers. This used to be a very nice hotel. It could be again but the owners need to invest some money in serious upgrades. It is cheaper than the other hotels around it. But once you get inside you understand why"

"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."
