"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

"The TV did not have a constant signal, so a lot of channels were not working all the time. The room was clean, but there was stains on our pull out sofa. A quick wipe down or quick scrub wide of been suffice. If it wasn't b/c we were just there 2 nights and my wife did not mind, I wud of asked for another room "

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.
