"We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation."

"I liked the tile in the rooms. Bathrooms in hotel lobby needed cleaning and doors were broken. Rooms and hotel overall needs some deep cleaning and repairs."

"We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....

"Hotel staff was really friendly! The owner was really friendly and personable. His son was courteous as well. I asked for extra towels and they were accommodating! The room had some new elements. It wasn’t necessarily national chain quality but truly it was nice. It’s a budget price motel but it’s not run down or sketchy. The towels were nice and there were plenty of nice pillows which helps! You could tell that the owner takes pride in his property. We appreciate a budget motel that’s clean...

"Victoria was amazing! A one woman show! She was the inly staff member I encountered the whole time and she was doing it all! Give that woman a raise! Very composed and handling everything and everyone in a pleasant and professional manner. Cant give her high enough praise!"

"The location is great, just out of the way enough but right on the Riverwalk, making it a short, easy, and beautiful walk to downtown, plus if your up for a longer walk you can hit up local museums all from the Riverwalk. And if you would rather drive the parking is great and there is plenty of it."

"*The housekeeping was 100/10 they look exhausted and need a raise. I always tip housekeepers but these ones definitely deserve it. *The lobby staff seemed annoyed by questions and hateful..some customers service training for those folks. *Breakfast was mediocre. * low cost hotel that is clean"
