Great time at this cozy beach inn! Loved the breakfast delivery, easy access to beach, friendly workers, and bike/paddle boards to use. Only recommendation would be for cooling the pool in summer.

It's a smaller resort, older, but quaint buildings and rooms. Staff is very friendly. They handled Covid policies very well.

We liked our room, and the care that the hotel took to ensure our safety admist Covid-19 was a priority. As it was our anniversary, we appreciated the gift of a bottle of wine awaiting us on our arrival. We'd like to come back after we can better enjoy nearby businesses but, for a quick, safe getaway during a pandemic, this was the perfect location for us.

All of the staff were so friendly from the receptionist to the lawn upkeep people. Love the easy walk to the beach. Felt so safe walking around the property no matter what time of day or night. Dante's was a fantastic restaurant and the Tiki Bar was a fun place to hang out with good food. Enjoyed having the bikes available to take for trips around the island. I will recommend this to my friends and look forward to going back there myself.

Staff was so nice! I love there amenities kayaking, paddle boards, bikes, beach games, close bar, and breakfast. They have a nice pool and hot tub. You’re a one minute walk to the beach. We went in the summer so capacity was probably half full which was nice. My only complaint was the bed was alright not amazing comfortable.

This property was perfect for a family vacation and had all of the extras we wanted (free breakfast, a kitchenette, free water sports, free bikes, 2 very nice pools and more). There were a few small things that we would have appreciated - a deadbolt or chain on the door (my 2 year old was able to walk out if we weren’t paying attention 24/7), a line to hang wet clothes in the bathroom or balcony, and wish the property sprayed for bugs better because the noseeums were vicious and we were completely bit up by the end of the trip.

Song of the Sea is a small boutique style hotel. It is a little dated and some of it could probably use a refresh (mostly old loud fridge & uncomfortable mattress in the room I stayed in) but I find it charming. I have stayed there several times because the location is great and the hotel is normally quiet. This time there were screaming kids in the pool well after 8pm two nights in a row. All of the rooms sort of surround the pool so you were forced to hear it. This hotel used to be marketed for couples looking for a quiet escape but we didn't have that experience this time around.

The property is older, but well kept. Rooms include a small kitchen area with full size fridge. The screened in porch/deck was nice! I recommend staying on the second floor if you’re okay with stairs. The staff was super friendly! We received multiple texts checking in on us. and prompt responses when we needed some towels. The bike usage and beach chairs, guided nature walk, bags games (and other yard games) included are the resort fees. The continental breakfast was decent - included fresh berries. This property does not have a poolside bar, but the sister property next door does and we walked over there for lunch twice. We would come back.

The property was very clean and nice looking. Easy and quick check in. Our stay was a surprise for our daughter. We celebrated her 16th birthday during our stay. The only issue we had was our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. We called front desk and they accommodated us the best they could considering the time. We were brought a fan which did the job for the night. Brad was awesome. Housekeeping was very sweet. The staff was great. The convenience of having the beaching in walking distance was amazing. After our stay, I realized my daughter left something behind. I called and spoke with Victoria and she was so helpful and sweet and had the item and was very willing to ship it back to us. Overall, our stay was excellent and we’re planning our next stay. Oh, definitely DO NOT drive off the island for any essentials! Jerry’s has it all =)

I liked the proximity to the beach. I would have liked more restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were decent and clean, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
