Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Attention needed

The staff were very friendly and helpful. there was obviously something very wrong in the kitchen as waiting time for food was over two hours. No explanations were given - it would have been much better to inform of the real situation rather than to keep pomisising
