"The floor in our "upgraded room" was disgustingly dirty. Made our socks turn black, and my toddler's bare feet looked very dirty, like he had been playing outside for hours after walking around the room for a short time period. The laundry services in multiple buildings were out of order. There were also unexpected charges put on my credit card that were not communicated by the staff at check-in or check-out. I was very disappointed with the way the staff member communicated with me when I called after the trip to discuss these charges. If there had been open up front communication, I would not have been upset, but they handled the situation very unprofessionally and made no attempt to make it right. The beach was wonderful, but this hotel does not include beach service for chairs and umbrellas like others we have stayed at. They also apparently charge you to park in their parking lot, on top of the other room costs and fees. I would not choose to stay here again in the future. "
