"O hotel era bem bom, os quartos novos e bonitos, camas, banheiro. Pedimos p quarto ser limpo e não limparam. Se desculparam e deram toalhas ao chegarmos à noite. Funcionárias da recepção foram gentis. Café da manhã era bom para padrões americanos. O quarto q tucanos et a um pouco barulhento pela rua movimentada . Apesar de gostar do hotel, achei longe das praias, sabia disso, mas na prática foi mais desconfortável do q pensei. Da próxima vez ficarei a unidade deles de santa rosa beach. Mas vale...

"Four outlets didn’t work, tv didn’t work, horrible sticky stain under one bed, no bed beds and air conditioner worked well. Asked for towels and asked for no one to come in but they still did even after initialing that. I REALLY don’t like that. Came in and got trash but didn’t do anything else. IF you are coming in after we asked you not to, you may as well do your job with making beds and cleaning. Not happy with the stay at all. Disappointed to say the least."

"ROACHES!!!! Roaches & centipedes were in our room. They offered to move us to a different room but they were in the hallway, too & if they’re in 1 room they’re in all the rooms. The staff were well aware of the roaches & also told us it was the season for centipedes. My husband had rashes from something crawling on him while he slept. We contacted Expedia & they told us it was up to management to make it right. Management did not care to reach out to us. I would not stay here again & I would not...
