"I am extremely disappointed with how management handled a simple billing error during our Mother's Day weekend trip to Fort Wayne. Due to a geographic mix-up, I accidentally double-booked and ended up staying at a different Best Western property in Fort Wayne for my May 8-10 trip. "Make sure before you arrive that you do not need to use a restroom after your drive as they do not have one the public can use in their lobby!! If you can wait until after you check in and drive to your room, outside doors, then you'll be ok! The room was clean and beds comfortable. Pretty quiet even tho close to the freeway. Staff was friendly. Good place to stay for the price. It's close to everthing and it was graduation weekend."

"We voluntarily gave up our room to another guest who ordered, but didn’t receive, a handicapped room. Ours happened to be, so we switched. I suspect we were then put in a room that they hadn’t finished remodeling. The hotel was fine, and the main part of our room was OK.
