"I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). "The location of the hotel was great - near the highway and plenty of good restaurants close by. There was plenty of parking. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite. "Reserved a King room. Was told at checking none available due to renovations and was offered free breakfast vouchers. Rooms are in fairly bad condition. For how new-ish this hotel is, it has not been upkept. "
