"We stayed there for the Sat/Sun Tincaps games. After checking in, we went to put our things our room (213) and then went to the roof top bar before going to the game. "The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However
There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived.
The A/C was not working.
We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning.
The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues....

"I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear.
