It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "My family stayed for 2 nights during a long road trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby, pool and breakfast was clean and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand need a lot of work in the cleaning department. "The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel.
