Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine
Check in was ridiculous, staff were not overly friendly or helpful. We were there on an extremely busy weekend and we were not impressed with the staff. I ordered a steak from the restaurant on a (slow) Mon. evening. It was cooked to perfection, the service at the bar was very personal and attentive and the beer was super cold. My companion had a mixed drink and it was on point. The value is here. It's a Hilton hotel.
