Hotel murah di Fortaleny

"Absolutely terrible. Thank goodness we only stayed for 2 days. Stay started with being issued a room key to an already occupied room (awkward), then ended with a being told urgently to not drink the use the water- no shower no sink use, with no explanation."

"Hébergement bien situé à proximité de la cité des arts et des sciences et annexé au centre d’achat. Chambre propre mais cependant, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement et givrée donc on voit à travers. Mais le plus gros point négatif, air climatisé qui arrête de fonctionner la nuit donc on se réveille tout en sueur avec une température de 28 degrés dans la chambre. Donc, s’il fait chaud à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas agréable. Pour le reste, bel établissement."

"Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off. The bath was thin plastic that popped as you walk on it (to take a shower). The sink was not draining. The mattress was...

"The location of this hotel is outstanding! Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible, as well as taxis and public transportation. The front desk was always welcoming and extremely friendly, the breakfast (highly recommended) staff was always, quick, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool area was clean and there's plenty of space to lounge. Having a fridge in the room is very nice too."

"Great breakfast, great location, great staff! Though big kudos to the front desk agents, the check-in process/tools made it surprisingly slow, with a lot of very unhappy guests in the lobby waiting to get to their room keys. This can be much faster by allowing online check-in ahead of the arrival (as many other hotels do), as well as allow code (or cell phone) room door keys (as a few hotels now do). I didn't help that a few of the guests were asking for Valencia/tourist information that is...

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was great. The food at the hotel was delicious. It was in a prime location with a variety of food options. It's within a minutes of the aquarium, science and arts museums."

"Our room was very clean, quiet, restful and comfortable. The small terrace seating area was perfect for enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. As we only stayed one night we did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The golf course would have been perfect had we been golfers. We did enjoy watching the golfers finish their round from the terrace bar though."
