"Location had a great view, about 35mins drive from Edinburgh waverly station. One less star because we found bugs in the toilet. Also, the toilet rolls/papers were poor quality which left us feeling uncomfortable to use. Make sure to get water bottles for your stay, because there’s none in the hotel. Breakfast buffet had limited options overall (less diverse). Bed was very comfortable. Overall a good stay and will definitely come back."

"Is was just “OK”…. A place to lay our head before our flight back to USA. Room Service food not delicious but just “ok” too…. Looked like people sat on our bed before we got there…. was not made up nicely and “crisp” looking. Had a tall tub/shower combination which was very hard to get into and out…"

"I checked in the night before a flight that left at 6 a.m. They were helpful about arranging pick-up at 4 a.m. and making sure I could grab something to eat before I left at that ghastly hour. The room was very clean, the bed was excellent and the location was surprisingly quiet (considering that it was right by the airport, I only heard one flight)."

"All the staff were very friendly & helpful, our room was clean & spacious apart from the bathroom which we found was quite small for a room for 4 guests. Unfortunately the whole room shakes whenever any bus or large vehicle travels down the road. Trying to sleep with a shaking bed took some getting used to. Breakfast was disappointing. "Overall, I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The room was clean, in decent condition, and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The restaurant downstairs was decent. We had a server who was awesome but I never got his name. The hotel is near a university and there are plenty of walking paths to enjoy if you like to get out and about.
