"Great location, great service, nice rooms"

"The staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and quite large (got family room). We were a bit hot night as the ac didn’t appear to work or work well. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc in walking distance and the area was safe. "the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment."
