"We have just come back from our stay at Dilman Luxury stays in Bari and I would not be able to praise this place and the staff enough in one review. We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. "A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. "Very well located, close to the train station and to the old city (walking distance). Comfortable bed. With air-conditioning. Clean room upon arrival but given there is no cleaning throughout the stay or a broom/mop to clean yourself, sand/dirt can accumulate however careful you are. It is good enough for an XL weekend. Communal hall and front door to rooms noisy. We were given a coffee pod on arrival and bought more thereafter to use with the machine. Safe location. You can leave your luggage...

"Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true."

"This place was convenient for walking to Old Town and the Central train station. For 2 of us, there was plenty of room and everything was well kept."

"Very close walking distance to the train station. If you have a car, good luck finding parking in this city. A parking garage will be your best option, or better yet, avoid renting a car if you’re visiting Bari. We ran out of hot water twice during our stay. Be sure to pay close attention to their messages, as they include important instructions and access codes needed to enter the property."
