"The front counter staff were very welcoming and helpful, with wonderful customer service. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed was comfortable. Perhaps housecleaning could up its act a little. The bed was made up, as requested, but crumbs on the floor were not vacuumed and a cleaning cloth was left on a bedside table. However, aside from that we enjoyed our mini break at Sage Hotel, and would definitely recommend it, and stay there again."

"Reasonable place for an overnight stay and nice and close to the heart of the Valley. I think next time it would have been good to know if there was any unexpected marches on the day, as the roads were blocked off, to plan for check outs - especially needing to catch a flight. Staff were friendly and helpful though."

"Over and above what is usually expected from a hostel. A hotel feel with in room kitchenette, towels provided, private outside space (our room had a terrace, others have balconies), air conditioning, good quality beds and bedding. Amenity spaces were well designed, clean and comfortable. Staff were the most friendly we experienced and offered advice tailored to our short stay. Lots of little touches that went a long way. Couldn’t be happier."

"Spacious apartment, modern, close to CBD and amenities. Staff were friendly, Manager was helpful when we brought up a small issue and sorted it out promptly. Free entry to Lina Rooftop a bonus not to miss! Bar across the road makes means there is quite a bit of noise on weekends.
Cafe Andonis across the road has great coffee, food and friendly staff too."

"When I checked into this hotel and entered my room, I found that the large glass panel of the balcony door was completely shattered into small pieces. I do not know the cause. Of course, I immediately called the hotel management to report the issue.
