"Stayed in the king room and it was awesome. Heaps of space and very clean.
Bed was comfy and the room was very quiet.
The free lolly bar in the foyer was a nice touch!

"Never happened before. Parked, checked in, got our key - all good.
1. Arrived at room (212) to find it was not made/cleaned after the last guest. Okay, it can happen... We're not perfect either. Went back to the desk, received apologies, given another key (to 101).
2. To the room, tapped the key, opened the door - to find someone else already on the bed! It was horrifying for us - can only imagine how she felt when we just opened her door! Scary and unacceptable breakdown of guest security...

"This property was excellent value. The building is old showing its age however it was clean, the bathroom was large with sliding screen door. There was a great shared kitchen area and the hotel is close to bus stops. "

"Great location with a short walk, train, or Uber to wherever you need to go.
Suite was well-appointed with all required kitchen items …lower lighted lamps appreciated as many places have poor bright lighting with no dimmer switches. Washer/dryer was great to have (came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes)
Rooftop pool was very nice with good sun access.
Front desk staff were great.
Would definitely stay here again. "

"I expected amenities like charging phone or usb socket in bed room and tooth brush in bathroom but they don’t have provide in our room. If we ask them, we may have one but we pretty busy to stay there. Don’t have time to asked them. So it was bit concerned.
