"The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...

"I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"This was a great value! The pool area was fabulous with very comfortable loungers. It had a bit of a resort feel with the palm trees and plants in the courtyard surrounding it. Breakfast albeit the same every day there was a nice variety. The happy hour Monday - Thursday was really nice touch as well! Location you couldn’t beat either being right across from a large shopping area and the In and Out burger place! "
