"Stayed over the bank holiday weekend. Lovely setting with rabbits and squirrels running around the grounds. Ate at the on-sight restaurant - several items not available on the menu, no lager available either. Food was very good with Sunday roasts. Asked the restaurant manager what time breakfast was on Monday as we had to leave at 8am- he said 7am start! "This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated."

"Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out. "

However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. "Parking on site was an added bonus- although to qualify for the 24-hour hotel £20 guest rate you need to go into reception. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay parking online and via the app, before going in. Then it was simple. Room was clean and very functional. Only confusion was the lighting. Managed to switch it all off at night but couldnt get any response from the electric keypads in the morning. Used my phonelight in bathroom. Breakfast very good value for £10! "Our 2nd time staying at Brendan’s homely apartment on our trip from Belfast, everything you need is there essentially and the distance from the local shops a relatively short walk and even our Uber to Tottenham Stadium was only £10. 20 Wrampling Terrace is situated in an exceptionally quiet street which makes for a really peaceful nights sleep.. We will definitely be using again #COYS"

"A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff."
