Nice pools, great dinner, Federica is amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be better or changed up, location is far from everything so you would need a car. The hotel also charge for everything else under the sun which isnt included so the bill can easily rack up.

October Holiday

It was very pleasnt stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle which was very helpuful to go into the town. The pools are very clen. Acess to seaside from the hotel was great idea which allows swimming or walking by the beach.

It is a lovely hotel but not very disabled friendly. Although there is lifts there is also a lot of stairs. Staff are very helpful, food was good.

Restaurant food was great, the staff were amazing! I had a blow dryer that was built in the 1800 (had to ask for a real one, which they didn’t have until 2 days later). Their shuttle service was always booked and was never able to use it

the property was impeccable. alessandra at reception was so sweet and made checking in and checking out convenient. rosario was great at the bar making cocktails and keeping things fun. then there was my new friend salvatore who was the driver in and out of taormina. he was a great guy and made each day fun and exciting. it was nice coming back from the beach and ending my day in one of the two refreshing pools with a cocktail. i highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful, scenic and comfortable hotel. The staff are all friendly and super helpful, especially the life guard who gave us a lot of tips on what to see and how to get to different places. Rooms are spacious, clean and have amazing panoramic sea views. A free shuttle runs into Taormina and back every hour which is very handy as you need a car to get places. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and unique stay - 10/10!

Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.

I would have loved to leave a better review. Staff were lovely and the view amazing - 2 redeeming features of this hotel. However, the "luxury" triple room had an absolutely filthy sofa, dirty fridge, stained lampshades and an awful ant problem - you woul get about a hundred in 5 minutes after leaving a piece of bread out. Even the fridge did not detain them, and they attacked everything inside, so the food had to be thrown away. They should really invest in redecorating....

Je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique à l'écoute et toujours prêt à vous conseiller. Certains parlaient français ce qui est très appréciable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Le buffet du soir est également très varié avec des produits différents chaque soir, tout est vraiment très bon. La chambre est propre, il y a juste la douche qui pourrait être refaite car elle est un peu vieillotte et également le sèche-cheveux qui ne sèche pas vraiment. La vue est splendide malgré un bâtiment qui est en rénovation sur la gauche de l'hôtel. Il y a des places de parcs et une salle de fitness, ce qui est très appréciables. Les serviettes sont données chaque jour à la piscine. J'espère que l'accès à la plage sera refait car il est un peu laisser à l'abandon mais très pratique lorsqu'on a pas envie de payer la navette. Une petite plage privée appartenant à l'hôtel serait vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné il est préférable d'avoir une voiture mais sinon il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est vraiment calme et est idéal pour se reposer. Je tiens encore une fois à souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel qui m'ont vraiment ravie. Nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir. Je le recommande.

Es un hotel espectacular con todo piscinas transporte a playa con un lido y su comida y servicio de primera MAUY playa con restaurante servicio EXCELENTE A BASE DE MARISCOS ETCETC !! Este hotel tiene transporte a Taormina!! Otra cosa música en vivo durante la cena y luego en el bar !! Limpieza del hotel excelente!!la amabilidad del personal , Estaré muy pronto de regreso!!
