"Good location esp. in regards to accessing Red Rocks nice and clean hotel"

"Pictures did not look like the actual property at all. Completely different. First room had hole along the seam of the door that I could stick my fingers through into the hall. Second room the door would not lock. Third room the window had a broken lock not even on the window and it was a ground floor room. Completely unsafe. When trying to resolve problem, manager was rude and cussing at us and refused to give back our incidental payment of $100 that’s supposed to be given back at checkout and is only for damages if caused. But none were caused by me. Cancelled room within two hours of checking in. Disgusting. "

"The hotel appears nicer than it truly is. Its run down with stains on carpet, walls, furniture, etc. The elevator is the scariest one of all and literally would stop on floors randomly. And this was the working one as the other one was broken. The worst part of all was the rude cleaning staff. They kept yelling back and forth to each other early in the morning and carrying on personal conversations outside of guest's rooms for over an hour. At one point, a male employee came up and talked to them to keep it down. It was incredibly rude. They would also come into the elevator playing a TV show out loud. I saw them standing outside a room just watching their phone with the volume up. I was a little flabbergasted. "

"Everything was according to plan, if not better than expected. I don't imagine it is always the case, but the front desk staff allowed us to check-in almost two hours early so we could change for a lunch reservation before our concert at Red Rocks. They also gave us suggestions on where to park, etc. Our 2 night stay was perfect!"

"Room was clean. Parking was good. Didn't seem like it's in a great part of town. Staff very helpful. We stayed 4 nights, someone above us was VERY noisy. Property allows dogs. Saw many dogs which could by why rooms above us was so loud. I didn't sleep well."

"Stylish, clean, attentive and friendly staff, and great food! This hotel is the best, especially if visiting Red Rocks. Located in beautiful Golden, you can walk or bike right outside of the hotel, on wonderful trails that lead all over town. The hotel offers a coffee bar an ice and water machine on each floor. "

"Staff at the front desk when we checked in were helpful and friendly. However, on the day we checked out, the staff working the breakfast area were uninterested in fixing any of the machines or speaking directly to the guests. Our room was clean. Breakfast was disappointing compared to at previous times. Parking was easy. The hallway floors needed to be cleaned."

"Average breakfast for hotel, was hot and fresh. The front desk gentleman that checked us in was so kind while us trying to deal with an issue with the reservation through Expedia. Picked this hotel based off location and being very close to Red Rocks Amphitheater "
