"Nicest hotel in the area. Clean and beds were comfy. Friendly staff. Didn't get to try the restaurant, but the food other guests were munching in looked really good. There are a lot of homeless people in the area. We didn't have any issues during this stay, but we have had completely unprovoked hostile encounters with them in this area in the past."

"It was so loud the AC kept kicking on and off and it was very loud. I understand they’re doing construction, but it was just not a good experience at all."

"Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. Floors were wet. Manager seemed shocked when I said I would not stay here and asked for a refund. Do not stay here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this hovel down."

"There were bugs in the first room they put me in. There were also bugs in the second room, which wasn’t cleaned. The microwave had crusted food inside and on the door, there were many visible cracks in the paint along the roof and around the door frame."

"This is a $70 room when all others in the area are double or triple or more. The lobby, elevator, exterior, and hallways screamed gross, dirty, dingy, and not safe. The hall way leading to our 2nd floor room reaked of weed and was very hot and humid. thankfully our room was clean, no bed bugs, and the ac was blowing cold. The bathroom is older and outdated, the shower head didnt work well. The bed was comfortable. I dont know that we would stay there again but for a cheap room it did the job."

"Do not recommend this hotel. Non-smoking room, smells like stale smoke. The hotel does not offer any "do not disturb" options on room service and will have maintenance enter the room at any given time unannounced, leaving curtains wide open and knocking clothing on the floor. Will never return. Booked the room for 1 week and left days early without any refund being issued."
