Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Fountain Hills

"Received bug bites all over me. Was told that cleaning was not going to be done during my stay and they were not kidding. Had to ask for additional TP soap everything. Tried to check out in person and not a soul found at the counter. Absolutely worst stay I’ve ever had a hotel. I travel every month for work as do many of my colleagues, I have already submitted this location to be placed on the Do Not Reserve list."

"My complete Stay it is not cleaning my room at all. I have picture of the bathtub when I've not been washed. The trash was not empty or picked up in my room. The only thing they did was changed towels. And the manager she was outrageous. The OnStaff at the front desk was full of it that's okay I got it"

"Room was nice and clean and comfortable but elevator looks like it missed their renovation! The paint was peeling all over it which made it scary to ride in and gave a roach motel vibe. Breakfast was good with sausage, egg and waffles and all the other goodies but trash cans were overflowing which speaks of bad management. Also only 2 carts for luggage for such a large hotel not acceptable.Jacuzzi nice."
