"The unit was very clean and organized when we arrived. All the amenities and appliances that come with the unit worked amazing. The only exception was the WiFi. It was a bit slow, however this could be easily fixed and should not discourage from booking this property. Being at the pool was the highlight of staying at this property. "We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Lake in Kissimmee. The price was reasonable, check-in was quick and easy, and the location was very convenient, with restaurants, shopping and a pharmacy nearby. The kitchen was user-friendly and included dishes, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a nice and convenient place to stay."

"This was the 2nd time we have stayed and this property was looking tired. Also not that clean with cotton buds under cupboards and an old receipt from Disney prior to our stay. A few dirty marks and residue near the bin and in some rooms. Cracked tiles and loose bathroom floor."
