"Property was in a convenient area to where I needed to be with plenty of parking. Had no issues during my stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Room and property was clean. Only improvements I can think of is to have some cosmetic improvements such as touch up pairing on the doors and some areas of the walls as well as softer towels"

"This property is nothing like the photos. There is no lobby. You have to push a button to summon the employee to check you in outside. The hotel is totally sketchy. The walls are painted concrete. Locks barely work. Said there is a continental breakfast. There is coffee and watered down OJ. Do not stay there!"

"Marina location in a residential area. Easy drive from Ft Myers. A car is a must .Restaurants on premises as well as nearby. All rooms have lanais and lovely water views. Staff is generous and helpful with plenty of towels and bottled water. There are three pools on the property, one of which is attached to the hotel. "The location is noisy, the room was clean. There was lots of foot traffic outside at night. Someone knocking on my door . Had to call staff to assist. Staff was very appropriate. Rate was great! "

"The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "
