"The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town."

"Place was OK. We asked for a Water/Town view 3 times doing the process. Got a room looking at a hill with trees.
Was issued a 80.00 parking ticket because I was one spot away from where I should have been. They never delineated where to park in the underground garage. They share with another lodge and I was in one of their spots i guess. We are on the hook to dispute it, when I feel the staff could have communicated this issue way better. That said it holds 150 vehicles and there was 20 in it...

"The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous!"

"We've stayed at the Water House on Main Street before. The room this time was huge and had plenty of space for my family. Big kitchen and dining areas so we were set. Nice and quiet during our entire visit. This location is right on Main Street and within easy walking distance of everything downtown.
Our only interaction with the friendly staff was at check-in. If we needed anything, which we did not, they were a quick call away. This is one of the reasons we like staying here.
