"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "

"No wi-fi in the rooms - had to go down to casino level. Bathrooms were grungy with moldy corners in shower & doorway in the bathroom. Reserved a 2 queen sized beds room & only got one bed. instead of moving us they brought up a cot but had to wait. Why the guests have to program their own room keys is annoying. Lack of ANY people to help was totally annoying."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Everything at the facility was fine. We mainly spent time on the casino floor. However, the cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking. The bathroom didnt seem to have been cleaned properly as there were hairs in the sink and shower upon arrival. In addition we did not have a shower curtain the first day which was installed on day 2. On the upside, we had the opportunity to get early check-in for a fee and when we decided to stay an extra night they were very accommodation in allowing us to...

"Breakfast, omg breakfast. It was absolutely amazing at hashagogo. PJ is the best waiter ever, in life. He made breakfast so enjoyable, entertaining, and fun, he is hands down one reason why I would come for another vacation sit, because of his hospitality. The Lina is a nice play to stay, and enjoy gambling in a pretty clean environment. Thank you!"

"The gave us a room in the North Tower upon entering the room we were hit with a strong smell. It smelled horrible like something died in there. We left the room immediately and went back to check in and they switched our room to the center tower which was better!"

"Over an hour wait to check in then a wait for the elevator a wait for food, wait for the pool. Restaurants and amenities were nice but it seems like they had too many people and not enough staff "

"The hotel was very good overall, and the room was extremely comfortable. However, the one area that let the experience down was the housekeeping service. Items such as dirty glasses were not replaced or cleaned, which gave the impression that the daily service was limited to simply making the bed. For a five-star hotel, this level of attention to detail is not quite good enough."

"The property is huge and so are the apartments! My family of 6 had plenty of room. We had a small spot or two on bedding but other than that everything was great! My kids loved the water park, of course. I just wish we didn’t have to walk around for 5 minutes before finding at least 1 open chair for our things before we got into the water. I do recommend this property and we’d definitely return. "
