"The room was clean and somewhat updated, the bathroom definitely could use some updating. The pool was small, but warm. The breakfast was terrible. It was very small, only one waffle maker, so it took forever. The fruit was not fresh and there wasn't much to choose from. I don't think I will be staying there in the future and would not recommend."

"The hotel is close to the I15. They allow dogs but the charge for a dog for a single night is atrocious at $100. We travel frequently with our dog and we often stay at Residence Inns. The usual fee is $25, up to $50, on the high end. I've never seen anything higher than $60, so $100, in our experience, is unheard of. We would have walked away but we'd already paid the non-refundable reservation as we were driving to Helena. We should have dug deeper to see the pet fee. Lesson learned! Our one...

"When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room.
