"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem.
When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

"There were cigarette butts all around the building. The stairs have carpet that are grossly dirty both the steps and the walls around them. The outside of the ac units looked slightly damaged and were leaking large amounts of fluids on the concrete in front of the rooms. There was no way to walk around the fluids which could cause a slippery hazard. There were trash bags with flies around them in the walkway. "The bar staff and restaurant staff were great. We really enjoyed interacting with them. The front desk staff efficient and nice. But, we had a few problems in the room that were addressed after I talked to the desk....after few times.

"The first room we were given was occupied. The second room was dirty. The sheets that we couldn’t replace had crumbs in them. We asked the front desk staff for more sheets and towels, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping, so we had to reuse our dirty towels and sleep on the only clean appearing bed. The breakfast was subpar. I will never come back."

Food was terrible
Carpets in hallways have years of stain - at least the 6th floor
On 6th floor the ice machine was broke apart and flooding - also this is dumping zone for trash so cross contamination w/ ice mist likely
Had to ask for a microwave
Police called once for disturbance but should have come more than that (more on this)
Back door completely broken - anyone can come in and that is usually where people smoke weed
Room didn’t have shampoo
