"No cleaning service. When asked to get the room clean no one ever came to do it"

"They have no coffee makers, pots, not even an ice bucket for the freezer or freezer trays or anything to use in the kitchens plus you have to purchase a coffee pot if you want one for your room. The beds look like something you would sleep in if you were a kid at a summer camp. Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy."

"We got a suite and it felt incredibly dingy and worn out. There were marks on the walls and parts of the carpet had snagged and ripped. The layout was very weird and it looked as if it was missing furniture and there were some dents in the walls. I mentioned it to staff and the girl I spoke to indicated that it was just an old room that needed the furniture to be replaced (apparently happening this fall). "The staff was super friendly, but the place is dirty and not well kept up. The people in the room next to me,had two barking dogs that kept me up half the night. Apparently they’re OK with that. I felt dirty when I left there. No way in hell would I stay there again."

"I had registered 2 rooms for one night under my two son's names. There were a total of 3 guests over the age of 30. The rooms and the stay were fine for the price. To understand my next comment, a little background is needed. These same three had stayed at this same hotel a week prior. I was the only one asked for ID for both rooms although they, too, were under my son's names. In between these two stays, I had booked 4 rooms in Lincoln City, Or for one night and 4 rooms in Crescent City,...

"I can’t say enough about Sarah at the front desk. I had an issue with the TV and she worked diligently to get it fixed. She is wonderful. My room was very clean and the location was very convenient to the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance."

"Breakfast was okay. Everything else was excellent. I got stuck renting a large SUV and had no problem parking it right out front. Desk staff helped with by prearrival phone calls."
