"Arrived to check in to long lines. Apparently the hotel's guest HVAC wasnt working and they were relocating people to the Best Western next door. Well, most people. I booked through Expedia and was told by the front desk agent that someone called the hotel to cancel my reservation at 1:07 pm. No confirmation of who made the call. Now, what that young lady doesnt know is that I've worked in hotels for 10 years. No one can cancel a 3rd party hotel reservation directly with the hotel. I think this...
