"First impression was not good. Had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready. Very first night there was a guest in the next room playing loud music and talking. Had to call the front desk the next night to report the same guest. They handled the situation and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay.
We loved our room location and the layout of the room. It had a separate room with a pull out couch, a dry sink and a tv. Housekeeping was amazing. Never had to ask for...

"Manager was terrific. I was not feeling well and she tried to accommodate me.
When we arrived we were surprised when we pulled off the highway to a dirt road. Room was clean but no amenities. Very small. Tavern was closed on a Saturday night at 6:00 pm. Not where I wanted to be.
I tried to cancel through Expedia but couldn’t because it was past cancellation date. WE DID NOT STAY AT HOTEL. WE WERE CHARGED FULL PRICE. WE HAD NOT TOUCHED A THING.
We drove home to San Diego instead.

"Room wasn’t clean and I mean FILTHY. The Whole Hotel should be Bull dozed in all honesty. I asked the staff for my Money back and even call you guys because the mentioned that was the only way and in the process of agruing with them for my money my “Time” for a refund it went past its “period”. I didn’t stay in the hotel I ended up going to Mainstays Extended stay Down the road.
