"Pool wasn’t clean, not told about construction going on on the floor we were on. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning and continued until about 8pm. TV in the bathroom didn’t work. Jacuzzi tub was very loud. Pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice"

"Hotel was very clean. Small tv atop a cabinet in the far corner of the room No fridge, coffeemaker, etc.. Night attendant was not very friendly. It was ok, but would not return."

"I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. I like the flavored ice water and chocolate chip cookies near...

"The hotel is beautiful. There was someone playing a grand piano when we checked in. Our room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a view to distant hills. Bottled water was free and readily available. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the staff delightful. The whole experience was peaceful."

"Bed sheets were pilled. Definitely heed the other reviews and get a top floor room. Def could hear someone above. Heard a big thump in the middle of the night."

"The hotel was very overpriced for the services offered. Rooms were clean but small with paper thin walls that had barely any sound insulation. Breakfast options very limited even for a hotel of this category. The only positive aspect was the very friendly staff who let us check in early so our toddler could take a nap. Mystic is great but if we were to return we would definitely choose a different hotel."
