"Friendly staff, nice bar area with pub food. Free shuttle to casino, though rides stop at 9:45pm. Good value, reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again. Bathroom was functional, but a bit outdated. Clean and comfortable room, nice grounds."

"What a charming place this is! My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and were so pleased with the grounds and friendly staff. We felt right at home. This place is well-maintained and has beautiful grounds. I especially appreciated the breakfast delivery to our room every morning. What a delightful bonus! I would definitely return!"

"We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used."

"Front desk person was very nice and professional. Check in was quick. Room with 2 beds was very clean. There is no safe in the room or microwave also the shuttle to Foxwoods runs only on weekends.TV got numerous stations. Didn't use wifi but our phones got internet connection just fine. Bathroom was clean and stocked well. The air conditioner worked awesome with it being very hot outside. The breakfast included coffee, juices, cereals, different bagels, waffles, and muffins. "Not at all how it was advertised. Some of the staff were nice but most of them had terrible attitudes."

"The room was spacious however the hotel feels like you went back in time to the 1970s. There were holes in the curtains and lampshades. There were water stains on the ceiling. We asked for towels and were told we had to come downstairs to get it because front counter person is also one who gives you towels."

"The property needs a bit of a cleanup. They are doing renovations so that could be why it didn’t look the best. The room was ok, could definitely been a bit cleaner. The worst was the stairway to get to the room smelled awful & the rug was very dirty. The staff we interacted with were very polite."

"I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it."

"mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not."
