"Doorkey took 3-4 trips back to front desk to actually work. So very frustrating! No phone charging ports which in this day and age is unbelievable!! The worst and most disappointing thing were the rude people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious waking us up. Won’t be coming back. "

"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. "It’s a beautiful property where the rooms are kept very clean. The bar and restaurant are terrific. The bar was opened until 1am on the weekends.
The big downside was all the stains on chairs and couches. It looks ewww and I didn’t want to sit on any of that. Quite gross.
