"Everything was perfect , I wish we hade more time enjoy the property"

"The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The kids amenities here are next level!"

"Es una estancia básica austera"

"Had a great stay staff was very helpful and offered free airport pickup"

"Tudo perfeito"

"Great place"

"Unfortunately had to change room twice, once due to bad smell and another due to bed bugs. Staff were semi helpful but in the end we were only compensated around £5 towards food"

"Best hotel in Brazil. Great service, great food, awesome accommodations, beautiful ambience and remarkable attention to detail! In love with this place :)"

"We did a quick 1 day trip Iguaçu Falls. This hotel was wonderful!! Use the tour guide at the hotel. Quite reasonable"

"This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible."

"Bom Custo benefício, bem localizado com muitos restaurantes e supermercados próximos. O quarto para 4 pessoas era pequeno, porém as instalações estavam ok e limpa. Equipe do hotel é prestativa e o café da manhã é básico mas tudo era fresco e gostoso."
