"Spectacular Property with a Breathtaking Location, Marred by One Incident Our recent stay at the Hotel das Cataratas (Belmond) was nothing short of magical. The property boasts an absolute world-class location right at the edge of the magnificent Iguazu Falls, allowing us to experience the raw power of nature in complete serenity. "Overall, the stay was satisfactory, although there were a few aspects that affected the overall experience. The room was functional and adequately equipped, but showed some signs of wear. There were also a few areas where cleanliness and comfort could be improved. The service was generally straightforward. Overall, the stay only partially met my expectations."

"The air conditioning made an annoying noise that prevented a good night's sleep. There was a lot of noise in the hallway—guests running around and talking loudly well into the night. The staff—both at the front desk and at the poolside restaurant—were not friendly. We went for breakfast a little past 9:00, but many of the dishes were empty."
